In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller of their decision by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The Customer must provide the following information:
- Order Number (as indicated in the order confirmation email):
- Date on which the order was placed;
- Date on which the Product(s) ordered was/were received;
- Date on which the defect/fault was discovered;
- Brief description of the fault/defect in question;
- The remedy chosen by you: repair or replacement of the Product(s);
- Your address and email address;
To exercise your warranty rights, you must return the Product(s) without undue delay and in any case within 5 (five) working days of receiving the product, enclosing a copy of the purchase receipt and the shipping and delivery documents. If you do not return the product within the aforementioned period, your warranty rights will lapse.
The Product(s) must be returned using a carrier of the Customer's choice, at their expense and under their responsibility.
Effects of withdrawal
The Seller will refund the Customer the price of the product within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed products that have been opened after delivery
- Audiovisual products or computer software if the media have been opened
Refunds
In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the Customer the price of the product, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase.
